Lead and motivate a group of professionals
Follow and administer organizational rules and values
Monitoring performance indicators (KPIs) and generating relevant reports
Support and troubleshoot problems within the team
Develop on job-training and best management practices
Mobilizing team members and developing a climate of teamwork
Identify and promote talent via coaching

Your Profile:

Near native in the market language
Fluent in English
Communication skills
Social and strategic skills
Have dynamism, flexibility and take initiative
Leadership and organizational skills
Availability to work in shifts
Experience as a Team Leader is mandatory
Strong MS Office / Computer skills
