Description

About the job:

Prepare and evaluate team members by conducting call monitoring
Drive individual results by maintaining policy and procedure resources
Formulate a consistent benchmark of high achieving KPIs
Identifying patterns of development across all teams and customers.
Coach low performers and create a development plan
Understand business needs and translate them into people skills and execution strategies
Help improve areas of challenge and build on the strengths of individual performers
Assist in developing training plans and workflows
Provide the trainers with support and feedback on content effectiveness and requirements to meet the business development needs

Your Profile:

Near native in the market language
Fluent in English
Social and analytical skills
Business needs and KPIs driven
Availability to work in shifts independently
Strong MS Office / Computer skills
Quality Analyst experience is mandatory
CRM Systems training experience will be considered a plus
