Do you have an eye of how systems and circuits work? Are you willing to support and share your knowledge? Join a team of techie individuals and solve technical challenges.

About the job:

Support the clientele via phone / email / chat
Follow the best practices to achieve customer satisfaction
Handling of systems, applications and networks to ensure a smooth operation
Analysis and evaluation of incidents
Responding timely to service issues and requests
Escalation of incidents according to the incident’s severity and follow up until final resolution

Your Profile:

Fluent or near native in the market language
Fluent in English
Communication skills
Social skills
Availability to work in shifts
Experience in Technical Support will be considered a plus
Background in Information Technology will be considered a plus
Experience in technical architectures and telecommunications/networks
Knowledge of technical standards, operation and security procedures for IT systems and networks
Knowledge and skills of Office applications, Office365 and SharePoint
Analytical thinking and problem solving attitude
